The material is fed into the Lubo C&D StarScreen®. With a star deck consisting of 660 mm stars it screens everything smaller than 250 mm, improving the screening process and lessening the polluting effect of stringy materials.
More details about this product >>> Next >>The unders fraction (< 250 mm) is led through the long parts separator to a magnet separating metals from the material flow.
Next >>Next is a 165 mm fines StarScreen® removing fractions smaller than 16 mm (i.e. sand).
Next >>The remaining fraction sizing 16 to 250 mm goes to a Windshifter separating light material such as plastics, paper and cardboard.
Next >>The overs fraction - mainly consisting of aggregate, wood, plastics, non-Fe and plaster - falls onto a conveyor placed behind the screen, transporting it to a waterbath or trommel separator (10). In here the material is automatically divided in light and heavy fractions.

This is the short-term goal for every Construction and Demolition waste installation we provide in cooperation with Bollegraaf. The long-term goal is to ensure permanently low operating costs. The result: fast return on investment.
With an annual production of 1 billion tonnes of Construction and Demolition waste C&D is one of the largest waste streams in the EU. Increasing tax rates for landfills and a growing environmental awareness make recycling C&D waste a solid business opportunity. We provide effective solutions for recycling C&D waste. We engineer our C&D solutions tailored to your requirements, such as your local fees, labour costs, rules and regulations and sales opportunities of your output. Lubo is one of the most experienced suppliers in the world. Together with Bollegraaf we have an installed base of more than 300 C&D recycling solutions worldwide.
We know there is no single specification for the composition of C&D waste; it may vary per country, per region, per city and even per city quarter. The requirements for the output of the separation system vary also, depending on the available markets for the recycled products. This is why we believe versatility is key. It inspires us to engineer, build and deliver tailor made solutions, that are easy to use, have a low cost of ownership, perform to your specifications and offer an excellent return on investment.
